This is a follow up to a topic for my radio that was ticking but would not power up. The commercial repair joint charged $25 to tell me "it won't power on and the parts are not available." Duh.
I found a board-level repair person who took it apart and we can SEE what burned. The question is, he can't identify the transistor (right?) that would be the replacement. Any help is greatly appreciated.
