Hi, This should be possible, not actually played around with that particular parameter myself but have used the following to reduce the fallback alarm volume.
Enable SSH connection in Radio menu... SSH into radio, user:root pass:1234 File to modify is "AlarmSnoozeApplet.lua" (Recommend you take a copy for backup purposes before editing) Should be located in "/usr/share/jive/applets/AlarmSnooze/" According to the document I have you are looking to modify parameter "self.fadeInTimer" on line 453. I do not have SSH enabled on any of my Radios at the moment to double check this for you now, but if the above doesn't help you let me know and I'll connect into one of mine and get the exact line details and post them here.
