not sure.seems like it could just be a network error (server not reaching the internet)? Can't hurt to reboot everything. Turn off/unplug radio. Unplug modem and router and turn off computer running LMS. Restart modem, then Router. Then turn on computer running LMS. Let fully start. Last turn on RADIO. This often clears up lots of issues.
