Done manually. I download the latest nightly. After that I merge the
changes into all the packages one by one using Meld. Takes about 5 to 10
minutes per packages (15 packages). 

I don't know is it could be done automatically. The spk is a container
with some scripts and an info file which identifies the package, and the
actual package. I don't have the knowledge to buils such a script, but
the curent workflow is acceptable for me.
