If iTunes is on Windows then a playlist will contain something like c:\users\you\music\iTunes Media\some artist\some album\track1.mp3 c:\users\you\music\iTunes Media\some artist\some album\track2.mp3 etc it might be d:\nas storage\.... LMS on a NAS is Linux so in its playlist it will want /storagepath/music/some artist/some album/track1.mp3 /storagepath/music/some artist/some album/track2.mp3 etc You see the issue.
