I frequently have the problem that the Radio will not recognise that the charger connector has been inserted. I do not hear the beep and the battery does not charge. It can take at least three reconnections before the Radio realises the power supply is connected. Has anyone else seen this or am I the only one. ?
No, you're not. I see this with both my "mobile" Radios. They're being used by the kids. Which makes me believe that there's a mechanical problem with the plug. As you plug in and out, sometimes not too gently, the connection seems to get lose. A defective contact, I fear.
