The Transporter does not have its own web server.  It does have an IP
address (as you've noted).  Network control of this device requires a
server - either Logitech Media Server (aka LMS) running on a local
computer, or using mysqueezebox.com, which provides a server "in the
cloud".  If you were able to control before, it was likely through an
LMS, and you would connect to that server (IP.OF.SERVER:9000), and
select "settings", and then select the PLAYER tab and the appropriate
player (your transporter).
