It looks like the stream URLs have changed but the jazzradio.com (and I presume classicalradio.com) SN plugins have not been updated to handle it.
However, if you search for jazzradio.com in the internet radio section then it finds a number of them (from TuneIn I presume) and the 4 that I tried all worked. So - until the official plugins get fixed you could search and if they work for you then add the ones that you want as Favorites.
