Are you using static IP or have arrange for DHCP to always assigned same IP to Radio
If Radio is losing connection and DHCP reassign IP address - you can get problem like this. Any message in log file ? the 10-15 min connction failed will have a reason - just that it may require enabling logging for a module to show the reason.
