On one of my SB Radio's, mysqueezebox.com has an incorrect email. Tried a Factory Reset on the SB Radio, and verified that MySqueezebox.com has my correct email address.
Did you buy the unit second hand?Feel free to mail me the device's MAC address, your mysb.com account name etc. and I'll see what I can do.
