I want to be able to play my mp3's when my PC is off and this should be the way. But i don't think i manage this on my own.
Don't use the v10. That's for UE Smart Radio, not Squeezebox. Go to http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/index.php?ver=7.9 instead, then download (I think) the .deb build for ARM CPUs.
