Couple of FW Reload options come to mind... Option 1. revert FW to previous version, then update to current version (which should automatically happen once connected to UE server) - Turn Radio off: Press & hold the power button till you see Goodbye - Turn back on: Press & hold REW and PWR buttons simultaneously
