You can do this yourself with SB Radio or Touch using Factory Reset. SB Radio Factory Reset = - power off Radio (press & hold POWER button, see "goodbye" on screen) - press & hold + button - power ON Radio - continue holding + until you see "Factory Settings Restored" - wait till Radio completely reboots on its own
After reset it should offer a screen that says this Radio is registered to x...@abc.com.
