My Radio rebooted today after the same uptime.
I managed to get a bit of info from an ssh session that was running a
tail -f /var/log/messages before the connection was closed at the
reboot.

I had/have the 'pidfile = /var/run/squeezeplay.pid' line commented out
in /etc/watchdog.conf so I can stop squeezeplay without the watchdog
timer rebooting the radio.
I confirmed that I can stop squeezeplay and the radio does not reboot,
so perhaps that the watchdog timer isn't rebooting the units because the
squeezeplay process has died, but it is being trigger by some event.
I am however running a 'custom firmware build'

but it's still close to the current radio firmware version.
