This has always been the issue with stream - its behaviour varied with many users. If the bug was still happenedin wopudl expect a format: mp3" slimproto message. No slimproto message mean the stream is not even been setup (i.e. LMS cannot get stream Headers to do a scan). For SB3, https is done by LMS - so I wonder whether you have SSL issues or ISP is bvlocked at https level.
