Randomly selected a dozen ShoutCast streams, none played and none are https.
As I said it seems to be a random/temporary issue on their end: one of those streams did play on second attempt only. In the other case I got a "503 - service unavailable" error back from Shoutcast (https://httpstatuses.com/503). Which means they have an issue on their end.
