Common point of failure may be the router - routers rarely die suddenly,
they fail slowly and erratically.

Since it happens at the same time and presumably you reboot all device
at roughly the same time, could the problem be associated with DHCP
leases renewal ?  If you are using DHCP on all the problem devices, you
could check by reducing the lease time and see if problem happens more
often.

Also check for other nearby Wifi networks ?
Last resort, any new wireless devices nearby the router/AP such as
Bluetooth or things that affect wireless transmission/reception -
microwave, faulty fluorescent ballast, motors, mirrors
