I purchased a Squeezebox V3 last summer from a person on Craigslist who
didn't release the product and I was ignorant of the issue that would
create. I registered on my.squeezebox.com and installed LMS on our
computers. Since then we've used it for internet radio and it even sees
and plays music files on our computers, but after running into a problem
accessing a radio station, we've found we cannot access the player via
LMS ("no player found") to fix the problem because it says "This player
is already registered to another user, if it was purchased from someone,
ask them to delete the player from their account and try again. If not,
please visit www.mysqueezebox.com/support for assistance." I do not
have contact info for the person from whom I purchased the player.
I've tried visiting support, but they only work via email these days due
to the virus and they are yet to respond.
Please help. Thank you.
