Any Raspberry Pi with Ethernet (could be RPi Zero with USB->Ethernet
adapter) is sufficient for running LMS where the sources are internet
radio stations.

If you have a huge music collection or want to run some memory hungry
plugins (gateways to other types of system) then RPi with > 1GB memory
(perhaps 2) is better and the newer ones are faster which makes them
more future-proof ... so RPi 4 with 2GB is good.

If buying a case then make sure it is for the RPi model that you buy.
Also - better to get an official RPi power supply rather than use an old
phone charger but you could try a phone charger to see if it works and
then you save some money.
You do not need to get a screen or keyboard.
