Thanks a lot for your help and proposals. Yep, I read a lot about Joe and his possibility to fix VFD Displays. Guess, you a right and it may be a good idea to ask him about the Radio LCDs. I'm sure this blog from a Australian guy is already linked somewhere in this forum but i will do it again because it fits to this thread. At the and he asked several guys who managed the repair, where did they get the spare part from. Unfortunately no answer mostly.
