Are you running a router with WiFi 6 (802.1ax)? Others have turned off WiFi 6 and resolved the problem. However, if it is a neighbor, then the solutions are more problematic. Before, I installed wlanpoke, I bought a Wifi to ethernet bridge; TP-link travel router is what I used.
