Just for completeness, HLS streams can also have embedded metadata using different methods. When playing stations which offer multiple formats (e.g. http /mp3, http/aac and HLS) - the availability of embedded metadata may vary. I think some station streams do not have embedded metadata to encourage listener to use "official" websites or consolidators (e.g. Tune-in) to display ads as well track metadata etc. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115396
