I disassembled the radio today to see if I could find the problem. I found that one of the pins inside the RJ45 jack was slightly bent. I was able to straighten it enough to get it working again.
The RJ45 jack appears to be a Suyin 101110FS160M474ZA, but I couldn't find a data sheet for it. I'm sure that with enough effort a replacement that would fit the same PCB footprint could be found.
