One other thing popped into my head...
There have been a few people that have encountered weird things with regard to mysb.com and it has turned out to be their accounts were corrupted/other. Most I remember were "cant log in" You could PM Michael (mherger) to have him check your account. You could also create a new account and see if that works, but I'm not sure that's encouraged (is it?) If you do a factory reset of the radio (hold power off until blank screen, then hold '+' while powering on) and it only give you the option to connect to my sb.com, and it seems to connect fine, and you don't see your favorites/podcasts (as you say) perhaps it is your account. Just a guess, something to consider.
