That's interesting, I guess that if I am buying all new stuff then it doesn't particularly need to be Asus, haven't actually considered that. Must say that I don't actually need wifi6 specifically, just feels like if I'm investing in something now to replace my AC68U then it should probably be future-proof (and we do have a couple of AX devices that could take advantage at this point but they would be fine with AC also). Guess I could do a bit more research into other brands, would imagine there would be similar issues with wifi6 across them all though if it is related to the interference caused. Could always disable AX altogether for now I suppose, leaves the option of enabling in future. Maybe the AX86U would be strong enough to serve SB radios all over the house, who knows? On paper I'm pretty sure it has a better wireless range than the AC68U so that is a possibility. From what @ sgmlaw implies I am hoping that he SBs will be okay with the AX86U if they aren't with a ZenWifi node. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ slurmsmckenzie's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=69467 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112167 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
