i have almost exactly the same problem. After a while (i would say it's definitely more than 15 minutes for me, but not consistent) my wifi symbol turns red (I have never seen it turn blue). When I use the network diagnostics of the Squeezebox it says "could not resolve IP address for mysqueezebox.com" or something like that. To rule out a DNS or DHCP-Problem, I've tried to manually set an IP address and use 8.8.8.8 (Public Google DNS) as DNS Server, but to no avail. Today I tried an older WiFi 4 Access Point behind the FritzBox Router, but the problem persists. So I would rule out a WiFi Problem as well.
