For standalone SB, log in to your account at MySqueezeBox (https://www.mysqueezebox.com), take the "My Apps" tab and choose "Podcasts". Paste the relevant rss feed URL into the "Add a podcast feed" box at the bottom, and click on "add". If you don't see the "Podcasts" app under "My Apps", you'll need to install it from tab "App Gallery". The URL I find for your flatearth.com podcast is: https://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:321459426/sounds.rss Once done, you should then be able to browse into this podcast listing on your device, under the Podcasts menu somewhere on the device - probably in "MyApps", and choose an episode to play. This might be a bit hit and miss, although it did work on my Radio. Reason being that the Radio cannot handle "https" audio streams, it can only handle "http". There is a chance that the podcast will provide "https", in which case - fail. But it did work for me, so I guess it's providing "http" streams. I'm not sure what the good/best/easy to use sources for podcasts are. What you need is the "RSS" link. But I find fewer and fewer podcast publishers provide that. They provide links for iTunes/Apple, or Google podthing, or something, which are very easy to use if you are using an iThing, or an AndroidThing, or SomeOtherThing. But they don't make it easy to find the actual underlying RSS URL. But that's what we need.
