I had just the same kind of problems suddenly appearing - on a fully
wired network mind you - and the SB3 in question was doing the exact
same thing: A couple of songs at most - Rebuffering - and then -
nothing. I am a senior network admin now for 30+ years and I found no
network issue at all (device stayed connected, no errors on the ethernet
segments, no faulty port, nothing ...)

I took the unit apart, cleaned it, re-seated the WiFi board, removed the
WiFi board, did both reset variants - nothing ...

Then I purchased a used SB touch - prob gone - in the exact same setup.

My conclusion: Could also be a funny/undetectable hardware prob after
some (15 in my case) years of operation - as sad as this is ...
