[ragel-users] Windows vs. 6.4 update

I have update the binaries and sources (revision 766) 
(http://www.jgoettgens.de/Meine_Bilder_und_Dateien/ragel-vs2008.7z)
It also contains the parser generator kelbt. Only C/C++ targets were tested (as 
usual).
