I'm breaking the trunk pretty bad and putting it back together with a
rad new conditions implementation. When that's done I'm going to call it
7.0.
In the meantime use 6.7. There is nothing of use in the trunk that's not
in 6.7. If need be, I'll do a 6.8 for anything that should go out quickly.
