Aaron,
mingw compiles fine with both flavors (x86 and x86-64). The homepage of Ragel
has a link to a VisualStudio build, that also contains (slightly modified)
sources and the accociated solution file.

Built Colm on Fedora now, MinGW32 next, then see if I can port it to MS Visual
