TITLE: AML/actimize Technical Lead . LOCATION: Tampa, FL DURATION: Long Term Contract Requisition Details: Summary . Experience with AML Transaction Monitoring and Investigations platforms . Must have hands on Experience with Actimize RCM 7.0 or higher and AIS 4.8 . Good to have - experience to upgrade Actimize RCM 5.0 based application to the latest version . 10-12 years of experience in relevant area Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage the underlying data processing and architecture as it flows from the data sources through ETL processing to staging areas and then to the back end databases that drive the platforms. 2. Lead efforts to maintain existing and create new ETL packages for the AML systems in SSIS. 3. Act as the top tier troubleshooter for data issues in all AML systems including Actimize. Use a variety of tools such as SQL Server querying, Business Objects reporting, Actimize reports and alerts, SSIS, SAS data management, etc. to investigate issues, identify root cause, and fix problems or recommend solutions to prevent recurrences. 4. Recommend and implement data validation and data quality enhancements for the organization. Identify data errors, risks, and inefficiencies and improve process and system functionality to increase system controls, minimize data errors, and process data accurately and efficiently. 5. Mentor and coach ETL developers providing advice and guidance as needed on existing and new SSIS packages used for data loading. May delegate and oversee work from both internal as well as external (off-shore) ETL and data experts. 6. Partner closely with end users to discuss and understand issues, e.g. AML alerts. Trace issues from code to SQL tables and back to source files as needed. Train others on data workflows and first level problem resolution. 7. Develop, update and maintain ETL specifications and documentation used to develop data migration mappings and transformations for AML and Data Warehouse loading. 8. May manage offshore resources and consultants assisting with data integration and data analysis activities. 9. Prepare and present ad hoc and standard reports and presentations on the state of the data architecture, issues and recommendations for enhancements 10. May analyze, design and build dimensional and relational data models and logical data specifications. 11. Perform other related duties covering items such as data governance and data warehouse initiatives as assigned.
