Actually, allow me to retract that. I like this idea, but we don't
have enough usage data from respond_to to decide whether its worth it.
And I'd like to keep all this Accept-header munging restricted to the
respond_to call for Rails 1.1. We may well desire this for Rails 1.2,
but let's skip it for now.
