Don't save has_one associations unnecessarily. Closes #5735.
This can be safely ignored -- the error in assert_queries is a side
effect of the primary key generation. I've got this fixed as part of the
work I'm doing on bind variables (which is coming along, insert and
update are done, select is kind of a pain).
