[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] open marker is not displayed, my browser claims "it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression" (Issue #5748)

### How to reproduce the issue?

For some time I lost markers, but only unresolved ones

For example 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4633957#map=14/50.07885/20.03983&layers=N 
gives me

looking into network log it tried to open 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/assets/open_note_marker-70fa2b646383c80c62d52a6ef4bc68e4b3aa7fb915c27aed68a3f61b495509f0.svg

opening 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/assets/open_note_marker-70fa2b646383c80c62d52a6ef4bc68e4b3aa7fb915c27aed68a3f61b495509f0.svg
 directly gives me

> The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or 
> unsupported form of compression.

>    Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

I am aware that may be bug in my Firefox (135.0.1 (64-bit), Mozilla Firefox for 
Ubuntu )
