Looks like the example I copied from Wikipedia is wrong because `crs` values
can't contain `:`.
```
crsp = ";crs=" crslabel
crslabel = "wgs84" / labeltext
labeltext = 1*( alphanum / "-" )
alphanum = ALPHA / DIGIT
```
Nonetheless other parameters can contain `:`.
