Firstly this has nothing to do with snap.

As to the error - if you want bundler to install to the system directory then 
you'll need to run it as root, or provide the password when it (via sudo) asks 
for it. If you want it to install to a per-user directory then you'll need to 
configure it to that but that's a general ruby thing and nothing to do with 
this repository.
