Now I'm getting _Error - Missing or invalid token_, which makes sense because
we're not sending any cookies across.
I'm not even sure this works. fetch is using credentials option "same-origin"
by default, and even "include: always include credentials, even cross-origin",
would not work due to the SameSite: Lax setting for the _osm_totp_token
