It works.
Sidenote post-fix:
Mainly on mobile, when dragging across the map, sometimes large changesets will
load and unload from view but dragging over them while they are doing so can
occasionally cause map dragging to stop and/or stutter(move back and forth a
few times before settling shortly after), until said loading is done and user
tries dragging again.
However, this is also somewhat understandable and therefore does not directly
need a fix.
