<del>Strikethrough</del> is the default user agent styling for `<del>` tags.
The corresponding `<ins>` tag gets <ins>underlined</ins>. Unfortunately,
underlining gets confusing when text can be linked, and especially with
`camel_case` keywords. We aren’t using **bold** for anything yet, and it would
make it easier to see at a glance when something has been introduced in the
element history.
