Correct. @pablobm Showing the direction of the line is was iD and other editors 
do in order to provide feedback to mappers how to interpret directional tagging 
like `*:forward`, `*:backward` and `*:left`, `*:right` 
([Wiki](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Forward_%26_backward,_left_%26_right)).
 A prominent example would be 
[`cycleway:right`](https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/cycleway%3Aright).

 I consider this PR abandoned and will look into adding the feature to
