In that case, I’ve seen some sites like Apple Developer use `~` as the symbol
for a changed entry, as opposed to an unchanged one. For those who don’t know
what these symbols mean, we could wrap each symbol in an `<abbr title>` tag.
This will provide a tooltip, which screenreaders will read instead of the
symbol itself.
