It's fairly rare for the IP address to match so I doubt this will help much...
People are either using providers with fairly dynamic IPs or they deliberately
use proxies/vpns/tor/etc to mask their real address.
I also don't see how this is a column on users unless you're going to duplicate
it for every user created from an IP?
