I think the website itself is enough for normal users to get the information of
GPS traces, there is no need to supply a dedicated page for RSS. Only
developers want to see a XML, I think they prefer to get more information than
just the newest 20.
By the way, we don't need to change the logic of api, people can still open
https://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/rss to get a static list.
