### Description This PR migrates the edit location page from leaflet to maplibre.
This also fixes that zooming to a location is very jumpy and not very polished. Now, this is an exponential function which "feels" in my book much better. Instead of flying there, I can also fast-zoom-jump there, but that does not feel like the best UX for me. I disabled rotation, pich and yaw for this one, since for selecting a location you likely want this. ### How has this been tested? Via docker, manually starting the map, interactig with it. Locations get set appropriately, all buttons work.
