Hi! @mnalis I have successfully reproduced this issue locally.
### Observations:
* Confirmed that the route line offsets significantly on page reload when a
Vector layer (Shortbread/MapTiler) is active.
* Confirmed that toggling the layers sidebar forces a re-render that snaps the
line back to the correct position.
I suspect this is a race condition where the route vector layer initializes
before the GL map context is fully ready or bounded. I would like to work on a
fix for this.
