### How to reproduce the issue?
Find somewhere with multiple map notes.
1. Open map notes view (one easy way would be to try to add a map note and then
cancel it)
2. Adjust the map view so there are multiple map notes in view
3. Click on a map note (active/closed status should not matter)
4. Notice the address bar has e.g.
`note/0000000#map=19/[latitude]/[longitude]/...`
5. Then, without moving the map or adjusting the zoom level, click on another
map note
6. Notice the address bar no longer has zoom information i.e. only
`note/0000000`
7. Moving the map or adjusting zoom level will instantly restore the zoom
information
### Screenshot(s) or anything else?
This has some unwanted side effects. For example, commenting/closing a map note
while the zoom level is missing will reset the zoom level (I think this will
reset to zoom level 15), which may sometimes cause confusion especially when
the actual in-view zoom level could be very close (e.g. zoom level 18).
