gravitystorm created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6757)
We currently have leaflet-osm as a vendored dependency. This was the best way
to do it before npm packages were a thing, but it's an unusual approach
nowadays.
Since leaflet-osm is available on npm, we can add it to package.json instead.
