It might be that changes in recent versions of the browsers have changed this
behavior as I'm no longer able to reproduce this.
I tried incognito and other options but was not able to get this popup again.
Feel free to close this issue, and I can report and ask to reopen it or open a
new issue if I can reproduce this somehow.
