The “Edit this trace” button is a CRUD button for editing the metadata of the
trace. You only see this button if you’re the trace’s author. Meanwhile, the
“edit” link next to the “map” link is for opening an editor, similar to the
Edit button at the top but with the trace as an overlay.
I think we should change the “Edit this trace” button to say something like
“Edit trace details”. The “map” and “edit” links could be something like “view
on map” and “open in editor” for more clarity.
